All calculated values were comparable to visual estimations from the actual pound cake slices presented in Fig. 4, which shows the two cycle microwave-toaster oven and the conventional oven images of the pound cakes crumbs obtained with OTSU algorithm. Crumbs from microwaved products, and conventionally baked present similar structure, showing that two cycle microwave oven was able to produce pound cakes with morphological characteristics close to found at those pound cake conventionally baked.
