The Customer satisfaction survey should be reviewed and analysis as KPI review in Management Meeting
2. The Preventive Maintenance Procedure should be clearly updated and PM plan year 2015 should be clearly
recorded.
3. The Diary Preventive Maintenance of each shift should be clearly recorded.
4. The Subcontractor evaluation should be reviewed and have recorded as standard required.
5. The KPIs for year 2015 should be established and distributed to each section/department for
acknowledgement.
