LL has a construction permit for using the building for station oils; and, a range of setback is enough for using such building for commercial purpose. Permit team has already consulted with the local authority; it seems to be positive to have the modification permit for using such building for commercial purpose. However, if LL cannot change or modify the building use from station oils purpose to commercial purpose, the use of such building still has a risk and the local authority may order TL to suspend the use of such building due to the purpose of use is not in accordance with the permission granted.
