1) Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity.
2) Collect sales records and evaluate performance measured against sales target.
3) Analyze sales and performance records then interpret result.
4) Create both standardized & customs reports, conduct quantitative product & sales analysis.
5) Develop standard tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.
6) Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis.
7) Co-ordinate the complete sales reporting and forecasting process for all sales channels.
8) Conduct weekly & monthly reports related to sales performance, delivery plan and service level.
9) Present and communicate the reporting to senior management.
10) Maintain data inventory and up-to-date.
11) Special projects as assigned.
