The Ease-out process is the exact same as the Ease-in, but in reverse. This is another reason I choose to do the Ease-in: it prepares me for the Ease out. You will be tempted to jump-start this part of the process, but don’t. Consider this step ESSENTIAL.
At this point, you have done 10 or more days of cleansing. Now you can come off the Lemonade Diet in one of two ways:
Eating a Vegetarian Diet
Or eating a Normal Diet
