The concentrations of quercetin 3-galactoside, in the fruit skin
from Donnybrook were significantly (P ≤ 0.05) affected in 2003 and
2004 (Fig. 8C and D). In general the concentrations of quercetin
3-galactoside were higher in fruit skin as compared to all other
quercetin glycosides quantified in both years at Perth Hills and
Donnybrook (Fig. 8).
