We have investigate your issue as below process
1. Checking Registry of the Cisco Value by deleted Reg_Vaule >> can’t solve
2. Checking Registry of the Cisco Software by deleted Cisco folder on REG >> can’t solve
Meaning your registry value is not the cause of issue
3. Uninstall Cisco Softphone from SCCM Server and re-install (working on behind and running from SCCM server) >> can’t solve
Meaning your Cisco program is not the cause of issue
Next solution, delete user profile and re-create profile on C Drive as we have a test on administrator profile and Cisco is working fine without issue
Meaning the cause of issue comes from profile corrupted.
Please see below for the process of next solution.
1. Please be backup your data on C drive (desktop & my document). If you don’t want to do by yourself we can’t do on behalf but the backup process will take time and can’t estimate completed time (depend on how big of amount of your data on C Drive).
2. Deleted existing profile from C Drive by Administrator action.
3. Re-Created profile as newly on C Drive (step 2-3 will take around 30 mins or less than 1 hour)
4. Restore data to C drive (desktop & my document). If you don’t want to do by yourself we can’t do on behalf but the restore process will take time and can’t estimate completed time (depend on how big of amount of your data on backup process).
5. All configuration will reset back to Jacobs default, any personal setting please be done by yourself.
Please let me know when you are available for above process then I will check and lock my calendar for your issue (please be informed at least 1 working day required).
Please be noted all process is required to complete on working hour as it’s easy to control/manage and still have Administrator 2nd and 3rd level working and support us if server has any issue.
