we can see that the controlled object applying the fuzzy immune PID control has a quicker response and less regulating time when disturbance occurs than that applying the regular PID cascade control, and has a smaller overshoot and stronger anti-disturbance. From the point of tracing, the performance of the fuzzy immune PID control is more or less the same as that of the Smith pre-estimate control and internal model control. But from the point of the nonlinear control, the performance of the fuzzy immune control is better than that of the PID control, internal model control and Smith pre-estimate control. From the point of anti-disturbance, the performance of the fuzzy immune PID control is equal to that of internal model control. Smith pre-estimate control which seems effectively restrains the disturbance, can not have an ideal performance when the object do not match the parameters of the model. On the contrary, Smith pre-estimate control and fuzzy immune control have some robust with the change of the parameters.
