The aims of this research are to evaluate on expectation and satisfaction on Kasetsart University’s college student in subject of smartphone purchase decision by divided into 4 areas as (1) Technology (2) Price (3) Marketing Promotion (4) Distribution channels
The sampling group are 90 Kasetsart University’s college student gather data by researcher questionnaire, data processing by SPSS program, statistic analysis in percentage, T-test mean, one-way ANOVA mean, Chi – square mean, Cronbach’s Alpha mean and regression mean.
The result of research found that an expectation on Technology is in high level; an expectation on Price is in high level; an expectation on Marketing Promotion is in high level; an expectation on Distribution channels is in high level. The satisfaction of Kasetsart University’s college student on i - phone purchase decision is in heights level.
