Warning
Situation of SANKO still bad condition because , for new production our Japanese top management order to SANKO to classify by 2 group after die casting visual check with loop lens
C-OK = Visual check by loop lens after die casting and not found crack
C-A = Visual check by loop lens after die casting and found crack (Without limit of crack) ,Also that part not reject ,SANKO still send to shot blast process and visual check appearance again criteria is “Not found crack mark that OK can ship to CTC” This is recommendation form CTC Japanese Top management.
This is correct way and same understanding as our Japanese top management to agree and order to SANKO or not ? Please confirm.
Risk for CTC if SANKO still proceed like this, C-A condition like CTC approve any crack mark level from SANKO.
Risk for receiving test not found poor quality one and accept lot supply to production.
SANKO parts quality control by our production operator ? If our operator can’t see some crack CTC’s operator mistake ?
If we out flow broken casing cap to HMMT again, All story as we make is fail.
My opinion must be request SANKO visual check by loop lens under crack limit (As same with CTC set-up). Purpose for separate can’t accept crack condition before send to next process (After shot blat can’t see crack is not criteria, I don’t know why can make decision like that)
As we know after caulking crack mark will expand or increase, But now we still allow any crack condition from SANKO. This problem can’t close
Preeraya and Sunisa san now try to check with SANKO if their use our crack limit , How many percentage in under and how many percentage is out.
How to do later please advise. In case of C-A percentage in under CTC’s crack limit.
