I received K. Surirat email this afternoon and I was told that this is an urgent cargo and Abatek is facing material shortage. That is why I immediately instructed Ms Heddy to ship it out immediately to support your production.
From past shipping history, Abatek use DHL and today we are acting out of good will from a responsible vendors who is trying our best to prevent production line down at Abatek Thailand. Our cargo collection cut off time is 4pm. We are worry about your production line and we arrange for cargo pick up at 6pm which is just in time to finish out last carton of carrier tape and have it out to you fresh from the oven. Cargo collection at 6pm is not a normal situation for us and we are putting in extra effort and going that extra mile for Abatek Thailand
Therefore from the above reasons it is not fair if we were to absorbs the balance cost of shipping charges. It is a case of misunderstanding and penalize us due to miscommunication is not justifiable
I admit it is my mistakes that I fail to wait for further instructions from Abatek prior to shipping, but I was too concern about your production line down more than anything else..
I seek to have your kind understanding on this and have the penalty waived off....we will in future await for shipping instructions from Abatek prior to shipment
