Through the strategic planning process, we have
charted the strategic directions, and defned the
strategic goals for the coming six years. As we move
forward, we will formulate implementation plans to
translate the goals into manageable actions with the
involvement of parties concerned at different levels.
The plan will consist of short-term goals for the frst
triennium, and longer-term ones for the second
triennium. Details of the implementation plan will
be contingent upon resources availability. Resources
allocation decisions will align with the Strategic
Plan. To ensure that the defned strategic goals
address parameters that will change due to various
internal and external factors, a mid-plan review will
be conducted to fne-tune the implementation plan.
For monitoring and evaluation of the progress of
implementation, mechanisms will be developed and
put in place.
