However, it is not possible to describe a well defined tendency for the impact strength of the cabuya reinforced specimens. Sisal fiber reinforced specimens, show by contrast, a more
defined tendency, accompanied by lower impact strengths. For the jute reinforced specimens, the maximum value of impact strength (2.67 0.29 J)was found at a fiber content of 7.5% w/w. The average standard deviation for the impact experiments was 12.3%.
