As per subject mentioned, we have to first understand that most brand Principal would not entertain if the claim numbers (pairage) are les then 3-5% of total qty bought.
Besides it will take much pain, effort, time to consolidate numbers, collate all information before they (might or might not) take actions (only).... actual result on ‘approved’ claims may or may not happened eventually.
we certainly do not allow ‘defectives stocks to eat into Company’s P&L, nor selling defective items are stores, but with few past experience we’d with Naturalizer, Polo kids, etc,.. where slow or no action by Principals resulting in expensive ‘holding cost’ for these damage items.... it actually hurt us even more !!!
Hence all are advise to deal at individual country’s level, like sell them at 10%-15% off to customers, etc..
Claim Form provide by Pauline is a standard claim process, and for record purposes (collecting defective history), just in case if we are being challenge, we would have at least a proper record/document to present.
