The number of seeds that sprouted and germinated was counted daily up to 9 days. Seedling shoot and root length of ten randomly selected seedlings from each replication were measured at the time of harvest (9 days after treatment application) by using a scale. Shoot and root dry weights (10 seedlings) were recorded after oven drying at 70°C for 24 hours in drying oven. After final count, speed of germination (SG), final germination percent (FGP) and germination energy percentage (GE %) were calculated by the following formulae [11,12]
