Please note, every month I am receiving last minute paperwork across all the clubs for cancellations and Freezes that have apparently, not been "processed" in time. As far as I can see there are only 2 reasons this happens:
A) The location failed to do the job correctly when the customer came in, and just forgot about the application.
Or
B) The customer are in after the cut off date for cancellation or Freeze.
I will no longer be approving any cancellations or freezes post cut off date. You are responsible at location for ensuring the policy and process is implemented. This constant request for late amendments, whilst easy for you to ask impacts others work at a time of the meeting nth when focus should be on closing out the business, not on administrative errors.
