SET UP BAR:
• Take our all condiments and green chendol
• Put in place, if necessary (pandan leaves, lemon slices, watermelon, dragon fruit, jackfruit, mint leaves)
• Put all utensils and blending equipment in place
• Prepare sanitizing water in bucket (15ml Synquat : 3L Water)
• Stock up sugar sachets, straw, napkins
• Rinse cloth from previous night and set up at bar
