When I look at my friends and family, I think stresslike ‘worry-ation’—just worrying whether or not your family member is a certain way, and you want to help them get to where you want them to be. Like I have my mom who has diabetes; I worry about her constantly because I love her and I feel like she took care of me, and I just want to be able to do the same thing and take care of her. It’s like something falls down on you. It’s not that you want to give up, but it makes you feel like it’s a load you’re carrying when you got to take care of your mother, your father, or whoever.
