This project proposes the study and design of the experimental set for automatic fault detection of bearing and stator winding in three phase induction motor. The experimental set can be used for diagnosis a three phase induction motor. The experimental set for automatic fault detection of bearing and stator winding in three phase induction motor uses STM32F4 Discovery to acquire a data. The algorithm is designed by MATLAB/Simulink and analyze the motor current signal using Fast Fourier Transform. This project alarm and display a result based on GUI. The results show motor current signal analysis and detect stator turn fault based on two cases and bearing fault based on two cased. within 3 Seconds.
