ROLE OVERVIEW:
Responsibility of an Aquarist/Diver is to care for the fish and invertebrates living in the exhibits throughout the Aquarium. This includes diving, feeding the animals and maintaining their habitat by cleaning and keeping it as natural. Planning the daily diets for the all of the animals, treating them for diseases and work on request of the senior aquarist.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintain exhibit aesthetics
• Cleaning of exhibit tanks and surrounding area before aquarium open.
• Checking of Life Support System in each exhibit tanks are run properly.
• Maintain proper aquarium lighting
• Add or remove specimens
Maintain water quality
• Ability to sampling and test of aquarium water quality.
• Evaluate results and maintain acceptable water quality standards
Maintain support areas
• Organize store and inventory equipment
Acquire specimens
• Determine specimens needed
• Identify appropriate sources for specimens
• Research regulations and obtain permits
• Obtain specimens (collect, purchase or trade)
• Transport specimens
• Acclimate and stabilize specimens in quarantine and introduce to exhibits
Feed specimens
• Determine appropriate dietary/ nutritional needs
• Acquire and maintain inventory of food items
• Comply with federal and state requirements for food handling and preparation
• Prepare food and feed specimens
Maintain animal health
• Support veterinarian for diagnose animal health and treatment
• Support veterinarian as request to monitor or treatment continue
• Record and files as request
Propagate specimens (aquaculture)
• To support senior aquarist to breeding / culture of target organisms
• To support SEA LIFE policy of BRP (Breeding Rescue Protect) as request
Install exhibits
• Locate and order materials
• Secure and hold specimens
• Prepare location
• Construct and stock exhibit
• Determine specimen and maintenance protocols
Health and Safety
• Comply with the SEA LIFE Health and Safety Standard.
• To support department for monitoring record and files as request

Male / Female, nationality Thailand, aged between 23-28 years.
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Fisheries, Marine science. Or Other related fields (Welcome to the students, graduates).
Knowledge about species of fish or fish, water, animal care, and treatment of disease.
Advanced Open Water diving license with a minimum (please attach a diving license).
If you have experience working in the Aquarium will be an advantage.
Basic computer skills Can work as a team Able to work well under pressure.
Spoken and Written Conversational English an advantage.
Physical Health And there is no disease that affects the dive.
