What is the reason for a longer LT requested?
It is not acceptable to have LT increase without any reason suddenly and we have already confirm the C83 listing in Sep.
Understand you may have some issue during peak season and we can discuss on the case. However, it’s not reasonable to increase LT of normal season, Regal is not a new supplier work with Argos and you should understand the ordering procedure clearly. Our order planning and stock level control is refer to the LT you have confirmed, especially we are under X’mas order period and order have been planned to boost the sales. Our sales will get lost due to the sudden change on LT which is 15 days longer than original.
We cannot accept LT increase in this case
