Excellent<br>agreement shown in Fig. 5 confirms that the probability of<br>liquefaction can be accurately determined from the notional concept<br>if the correct model uncertainty is incorporated in the<br>reliability analysis, and in the present study, this correct model<br>uncertainty is represented by c1=1.24 and COV0.1.
