These past couple of weeks, we have experienced very damaging problems regarding the POSNET link provided by UIH and the GPRS (POSNET SIM). The latest being this past long holiday. I would like to know how POSNET will support and prevent these issues from happening again. The problem with the GPRS network through POSNET SIM card occurred during a big event in which none of the GPRS EDC provided by POSNET with POSNET SIM was working for an unacceptable period. My concern is that we have two events this week and we are using all GPRS EDC with POSNET SIM. Also, merchants using GPRS EDC have reported problems. I would appreciate POSNET will fully support us and provide technicians to closely monitor the EDC network.
