1. How much do we save on shampoo every month? If the savings is not much, perhaps we can ask them for actual size shampoo for our promotions instead. This might benefit more.
2. Instead of sampling sachets, can we barter for travel size shampoos for our internal promotions?
a. FYI, sampling is a type of advertising and not considered something that our partner supports us with. We are doing them a favor to do sampling for them.
3. The sticker on the dispenser is also another form of advertising. It should not be considered free. Currently, we don’t tell members what brand of shampoo we provide, hence there is no reason for us to give Clear the ad space for free. You can use this ad space to barter for more products for internal promotion. This should not be used for bartering for samples, instead, we should use this to barter actual size or travel size products for internal promotions.
