The attached spreadsheet shows 34 overdue Key Account bookings in Titan which need to be cleaned up immediately.
If you are receiving this note it is because your centres have these overdue renewals.
Please make this a priority to action ASAP with nothing extending past Wednesday Nov 11th:
• Renew the booking per the terms of the agreement
• Terminate the booking per the terms of the agreement
• Change the notice period in Titan if the terms of the agreement provide different notice dates (meaning the booking isn’t yet overdue)
• Uncheck the “centrally renewed” box for any account which isn’t supposed to be centrally renewed
