The Thai immigration bureau want to store biometric information (fingerprint and face) for both of transaction entry – outbound the countries of immigration control.
And the current system of PIBICS had to take picture and store with immigration data entry and outbound the countries , then examined with blacklist specific information (Text). there is not verify by matching with face recognition.
The information for the project that have to interface data with PIBICS system is following:
.- The server for storage and verify by matching with face recognition and finger print.
-. The finger scanner.
- camera / Web Cam * * this item will be identify if unable to use the picture from PIBICS.
- The system to store facial picture and fingerprint data.
.- The system to verify by matching the face recognition and fingerprint.
-. The system to Integrate and access data with PIBICS .

The specification to operation the system as following:

• PIBICS system development by JAVA.
• Currently PIBICS system just only recording immigration transaction in and out crossing person with date time and picture and not have to record fingerprint as well. So, if we have to integration with them (PIBICS) we must to develop the program to integrate data of biometric information as fingerprint and face recognition databases centrally.
• The program should have to display biometric data as face and finger print that interface from PIBICS to examined with blacklist and verify with history of immigration transaction with passport information as well.
• Shall be able to interface data with PIBICS by web service. Example data to interface is passport information etc.
• System may integrate with each other system of The royal Thai police to sharing data of biometric together. There have Kogen software at the present. ** this section need to requiring more information to identify to add on the system or not and if must to have then they should be provide more information.
Remark:
• In case of passenger had problems in fingerprint. May be presented more guidelines, such as IRIS etc.
• Requirements details that the system have to stored and verify need to be more information by the Thai immigration bureau.
