Regarding to OIC visited and mentioned on the long pending case of claims team, please check your pending cases as
1. Pending more than 30 days : Issue the follow letter to customer
2. Pending more than 60 days : Issue the second follow up to customer
3. Pending more than 90 days : Issue the third follow up to customer
4. Pending more than 120 days : Issue the decline letter and return all documents (include request) with stamping the “DECLINED” on all documents (include request) to customer by register mail
