can rely on them.
Being able to really on another person to complete their tasks
Trusting that members respect each other’s work
Trusting that decisions agreed on by the group will not be altered
To help make sure that your group functions in an environment of trust, you must be
trustworthy and reliable yourself. This means being honest, communicating openly with
your group and doing the things you said you would do.
