Is customer able to detect the camera but cannot add, or cannot detect at all on DNR? Is camera set to static IP or DHCP? If static try to put the camera first on DHCP. Is customer able to access the camera with no issue? As far as we know DCS-933L is already supported by DNR-322L using the FW 1.40 so by right there will be no issue on this. If still having an issue then the camera might need to reset and reconfigure. Is customer able to speak in English? If he can let me know and I will call back customer and assist him remotely.
