As a reminder:
All the reservations that you receive from your website and connected channels will enter your PMS directly. Reservations from distributors which are not connected, and direct reservations (phone, email, etc) must be entered manually into the application so there are no problems with your availability. All your operations should be performed properly within Cloudbeds going forward.

Please be advised that, for Booking.com, as of the moment of the connection with myallocator, the availability of promotional rates shall be the same as of the standard rate. If you do not want to sell promotional fares or have any closing dates on that channel, get in touch with your market manager and request the closing of these rates/dates.
If you have Contracted Availability with any channel, even if you are at 100% occupancy, your rooms/beds will continue to sell on that OTA. To close the availability, you need to contact the OTA and remove the contracted availability from your contract.
In case you have rates for additional guests, it is necessary for you to visit the OTA extranet and add the additional guest pricing accordingly, as Cloudbeds will not pass on this information.
Please note that shall the credentials for any of the OTAs change, Cloudbeds will no longer be able to correctly update rates and availability for that OTA, or receive bookings from that OTA. Should this information change, please let us know immediately.
