As indicated in Khun Sampan’s staff meeting today, please start your teams on conducting performance reviews. Based on the timeline, we have up to 16 Jan 2015 to complete the performance reviews, inclusive of employee acknowledgement in system. Attached please find the timeline shown in today’s staff meeting. (Take time now to schedule one-on-one meetings with each of your employees beginning as early as January 5th and concluding no later than January 12th)


As my earlier e-mail we note that WDTH is experiencing delays and outages couple days ago and we are working with IT / Taleo to address the issue. Latest information is that the underlying problem has been addressed. However, we will continue to monitor the situation.

Please communicate this to your staff and cascade downwards in your organizations. Thank you.
