Acne vulgaris (AV) is a dermatologic major problem
especially in adolescence, since this disease is
mainly manifest on the face and concerns with
esthetical appearance. AV may manifest as transient
dermatologic lesion which elapse within several
days, but in some patients it becomes chronic. The
average prevalence of AV is 75-85% in adults.1
