This research aims to build a set of training staff for maintenance of printers and to find the quality, efficiency, effectiveness, lessons, learning satisfaction of students who continued training a set of employees concerning the maintenance of printers, and research has found that the performance is equal to 84.66 percent which is higher than the efficiency/82.50 qualify is 80/80 and productive way of learning based on performance before the process (Epre) 21.83 and performance after the procedure (Epost) 82.50 which are different. The assumptions are met: 60.67 set is more than 60, according to the criteria and the results of a sample of the training series. The average value is equal to 4.00 is very satisfied. The value of the knowledge of the participants, durability equal to 81.33 therefore conclude that training that created a powerful way to make students productive 60.67 points higher learning can apply can be used in training. Increase knowledge increase the potential to make printer.
