Recommendations
Based on the results and finding the investigations, the researchers would like to recommend the following:
1) Further review and chemical studies should be conducted to thoroughly determine the active ingredients of each solution contributing to their individual abilities to keep the apple fresh.
2) The methodology followed in the experiment should be further improved and used determining other solution that can keep the apple’s freshness.
3) The ability of the solutions investigated in this project should be applied in daily life. (e.g. fruits preparation at home, restaurant or places which contain party).
