Handles Client's profile, settlement of securities trading, NAV reports, Bank and Stock reconciliations including ensuring them all being compliance with the mandate and the relevant rules and regulations.
Verifies Portfolio Allocation (prepared by Fund Manager) with Fax confirmation and Confirmation Note/Tax Invoice from Brokers
Prepares Settlement Instruction, requests for fund manager and COO’s approval, and fax to Trustee/Custodian.
Prepares daily and monthly portfolio NAV (with limits available regarding to Clients agreement, SEC's rules and IC's target).
Prepares invoice to Mutual Funds/ Private Funds for management fee income of SKFM according to the mandate / clients agreements.
Prepares NAV statements to clients and related reports to the SEC within timeline.
Treasury functions: Prepares cheque & daily cash position. Process deposit and/ or withdrawal.
Prepare financial reports and coordinate with external auditors.
Responsible for any regulatory report/request re. unit funds, audit request, client request and ensures all reporting packs are prepared and reviewed in the required statutory timeframes.
Reports functionally on any items of an unusual or unexpected nature including STR (suspicious transaction) as indicated in SoP: KYC/CDD.
Handles any other jobs as assigned by the supervisors.
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree of Accounting or related fields
Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
Knowledge of PC and Microsoft application (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
1 - 5 years of working experience in the securities company or any financial related area
Good command of written and spoken English.
