Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with sales team and relevant functions as well as the customers with regard to administration, secretarial work, purchasing and expenditure.
• Support Department Manager for secretarial work and Sales team in term of sales coordinator.
• Prepare relevant reports e.g. sales report, expense report, etc.
• Hand correspondence and follow up all requested information to ensure adequate response to all queries.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
• At least 2 years experiences in Sales Coordinating, Customer Services, or related fields
• Experience in dealing with both internal and external customers
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and computer literacy
