As written in below mail, a GS41's customer in Chiangmai got trouble by
engine damage and need to be replaced by new engine (imported) under
warranty claim condition (OFS approved). Unfortunately, he needs to wait
for approximately 3 months to get it under the lead time (air freight) agreed
by MMTh & MMC which is considerably too long.
As MMTh is now concentrating to 'Customer First' and, sorry to say, to be in
line with your voice regarding 'CS No.1' shown in the attached letter sending
to all dealers; it would be much grateful if you could take a look into this case.
