ROADMAP AND FUTHER DEVELOPMENT
The establishment, development, advancement and implementation of NSW in Indonesia is based on the detailed guidelinesas reflected inthe Blueprint of Development and Implementation of NSW System in Indonesiawhich has undergone through a number of amendments and adjustments.
A. NSW System ImplementationRoadmap
The compilation and drafting of NSW System implementation Roadmap was done in accordance toamendments and refinements made to the policy implementation of NSW System in Indonesia, which is pursuant to following points of considerations :
1. Rapid change and high demands for establishing and developing NSW System implementation. Taking into account the dynamism, complexity and large scale of business processes that will be accommodated by the system.
2. Adjustments made to any revisions of agreements and commitments towards NSW System implementation on a regional level (ASEAN)
3. Adjustments made to other national policy and government regulations related to NSW System.
Since the early stage of establishment and development of NSW System, a Roadmap and Development Guidelines has already been drawn up and formulated, the Roadmap can be illustrated as follows :
B. Further Development of NSW System
With the Roadmap serving as a guideline from the very beginning, as well as its ensuing revisions and adjustments, NSW also makes reservations for future growth and expansion plans. The plans shall correspond to global development trends and dynamics.
The expansion plans, among others, are as follows:
1. To apply electronic integration of NSW to all service system provided by any government agencies without exception (automation and integration of all types of services) into INSW Portal
2. To proceed on improving, advancing and enhancing user friendliness and other useful features that will meet the expectation of any end- users, such as ‘track and trace’, and supports paperless system approach in all types of services across government agencies.
3. To pursue on expansion of system features and facilities that will facilitate end-users (business community) to access services provided within INSW portal, such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Single Submission (SS).
Single Sign-On (SSO) refers to a mechanism whereby a single action of user authentication and authorization can permit a user to access all public services provided bymultiple government agencies. Single Submission (SS) refers to the single entry concept in which one user should input data only once and the same data content can be used by other service systems of any Government agencies and INSW Portal.
4. To incorporate more features and functions that will make INSW Portal a Single Reference for Source of Information, so as to ensure all stakeholders can utilize INSW Portal as a single reference at a national level to resolve various public service issues related to export-import activities.
5. To apply a consistent risk management principles across all public services provided by any Government Agencies implementing INSW
6. To prepare a mobile version of INSW portal, which will enable user to have direct access and provideservice in real-time regardless of time and locations.
