Dear Mr Robinson,
Further to the email I sent to you earlier today, I am attaching the two pages of Mr Espinosa's Agreement that he was able to photograph. (As it happens, Modelink did not give Mr Espinosa an original, as they should do, and to all actors they engage.)
I have also learnt that the Agreement provided no provision for Additional Days, beyond the Date of Service. And, it so happens that Mr Espinosa, and most probably other cast were engaged for more than 4 days (16th-19th June).
Here is Mr Espinosa's Final Schedule:
15th: Fitting Day
16th: Travel - flight back to the location
17th: Hold
18th: On Set - Shooting
19th Hold
20th On Set - No Shooting of Mr Espinosa
21st: Travel - flight back to Bangkok
Presumably, the production staff at A Grand Elephant Co Ltd, can confirm this eventual schedule. I did not intend to draw this to your attention, for the purpose of Mr Espinosa receiving an additional 3 days payment, but to ensure that you and your client, know where the budget is being spent, or not. Certainly, Modelink did not factor in any overage for Mr Espinosa.
You are most welcome to call me directly on 0841 004 005, should you wish to talk over some of these points.
Yours Sincerely,
Mr K. Kea
