ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or make changes to your order, please call our Customer Care Center using the phone numbers at the bottom of this email. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes requested via email. If an order has already shipped or is in the process of being packaged, we cannot guarantee that your order change will go through. Cancellation of orders that have already shipped are subject to a $12 restocking fee and forfeiture of any shipping charges paid.
If you refuse your shipment, FedEx/UPS will send it back to us. If this happens you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any duties, taxes or other fees. If we must abandon the package due to high return shipping costs, a $25.00 fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Your order ships from the United States. Shipping Costs do not include VAT (Value Added Tax), duties or customs fees. Any such fees if applicable are to be paid by the customer.
