1.Payment verification process should be faster. And have to wait seller to send and all other things which make the process even slower.
CS : Search email and user not have recorded for buy or sell on the app. we are sent email to asking order number but not have email reply too.


2. I alreayd paid, but how could I know that I make it through the process completely.
CS : Search by username not have data base on BE & Zendesk
