Handle all recruitment and training & development procedures, processes and activities.
Prepare the HR weekly report.

Clarify with Line Manager to gain better understanding of recruitment needs and requirements.
Sourcing appropriate recruitment channels and various programs of staffing.
Screening the resume, pre-interview, shortlist and attend the interview with Line Manager.
Verify the invoice and expenses about recruitment matters.
Arrange and follow up pre-employment check.
Ensure the offering and recruitment expenses within the approval budget.
Prepare the concerned documents of candidate e.g. the employment contract, IT request form, etc.
Keep record and keep filing the employee profiles and applications.
Training:
Prepare the training materials or any related documents
Conduct the induction program for new comers.
Identify training needs analysis and prepare the training and development plan.
Organize the internal training programs as the training plan.
Liaise with any related parties e.g. instructors, training organizers, hotels, etc.
Control the training expense within the approval budget and allocate to each cost center.
Summarize the internal training evaluation as report.
Facilitate the external training programs as per requested.
Keep update the training record in database.
Prepare and submit all related training documents to Department of Skill Development within timeline.
Develop the new programs from training needs and initiate the existing programs improvement from training evaluation result
Able to be internal trainer for general training programs.
Assist on development projects or activities.
