Instructions:
1) Employee ID required. If ID exists in the software, then update the information Use TASA ID #
2) First Name is required Ok
3) Last Name is required Ok
4) Badge # (at least 4 digits) is required if using badges and they are Proxy or RF (not needed if labeled with barcode) Do we need?
5) English is the default, Spanish, German, and French are available English
6) Active (Status) must be either Y or N Active = Y
7) Reporting Group is optional (If supplied must have a User Group setup as well as an asset rule) Use Dept Code, example SC = 100
8) User Groups 2-5 is optional (If supplied must create a rule) For discussion - do we need? Example, SC = 1001, Log = 1002, W/H = 1003 ?
9) Expiration Date on employee accessibility and is optional. It should be in the format YYYY-MM-DD Put in 2016-12-31 for all
