Evaluation of antibacterial activity
Antibacterial activity was evaluated by measuring the zones ofinhibition in mm (including the 8 mm disk) for different pH with outside slide callipers near the agar surface and the results wererecorded.
A reading of 8 mm meant no zone of inhibition.
The endpoint was taken as complete inhibition of growth as determined
by naked eye. Each extract was tested in triplicate and assay in this experiment was repeated thrice
