When we get shipment schedules and shipment gets delayed we don’t get information in most cases.Only when we ask for documents of shipment taken place we are informed shipment has been delayed. This has happened many times and customers are very upset that we don’t intimate them. Attached for your reference recent cases in which we get revised shipment schedule and only after we ask for documents and then we are informed shipment its delayed.
This information should come to us before as your team knows its delayed and customers have a right to know and plan.
Customers have said this is unacceptable. Kindly understand we are shipping old orders which are at high prices almost usd 30 per cbm more than today’s market price and it’s not easy to explain to customers.
In any case this is basic information which we should get.
