1. Has the conversion of director data base been agreed with appropriate level e.g. RC Opt risk, FCC, CB Opt, C&A ?
If the conversion is done as normal customer, I think we will face a big problem of incomplete CDD/FATCA as not all director and shareholder/guarantor are required to do CDD and FATCA.
I thought it will convert in a separate data base as FCC SRL (blacklist)
