We are contacting you as we were not able to solve the issue with Seller Performance Team. Our account has been suspended due to right owners complaints regarding the stock.
We really feel hopeless now as we do believe, we have identified issues that resulted in complaints as well as provided a very detailed plan of action with steps we have taken to prevent this issues from reoccurring. We are very upset we did not meet Amazon and customer expectations on few occasions, and we will work even harder to improve.
Each time our appeals are rejected, and Seller Performance Team keep asking for more information even though these issues had already been addressed in previous appeals. Therefore, we have got all reasons to believe that our case was not handled properly.
We want to put things right as soon as possible, but we feel that our plan of action was not read carefully. We are pleading for another review of our case and should you need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
