Thank you for sending the below file. We have received the data file and it has been imported into our system. Can you also re-drop the files from 14/06 to 06/07 inclusive?
This site has a long-standing issue, where data does not appear in our system upon first instance, and is only imported upon a ticket being raised. Previous tickets raised are: FairbanksTH20 (15/05) and FairbanksTH24 (16/06).
In order to prevent this cycle repeating itself again, moving forward can you please ensure daily data files are dropped in successfully first time with the remaining Legacy BOS data files. It may be worthwhile to check the ‘script’ that runs to ensure whether this IROP number is present / correct.
