BANANA VODKA
1 pint vodka
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced 1 lemon, sliced in the skin
12 oz. rock candy
Combine in a large bottle; seal Co tightly and allow to stand at ca room temperature for at least a fe week, or until all the rock candy in has dissolved. Shake gently at least once each day. Strain when ready, squeeze in juice Bl from one lemon and re-bottle for future use.
