This internship report is a part of requirement for course IAL 4534: Cooperative Education in airline business or service related industry. The report have resulted and total of knowledge in my training experiences at Galileo Thailand Co.,Ltd. in the field of airline business surrounding the process on the ground operation environment at Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Today’s expansion of aviation industry is vigorously competitive, particularly, marketing strategies that all airline push out super attractive promotion to gain more customers in cyber world. All of these are colorful events that attract people’s concentration emphasizing on the rapid growth of aviation industry. The following questions come to how aviation business direction in the near future will be; what factor support aviation business; and what the measurement of every involving sector is ready to cope with the rapid growth of aviation world. I believe that accumulating experiences along the way of airline service provider can lead the entire journey to reach their best main choice of the Etihad Airways company as the pride of the new inspiration and seen the new experiences from Arabian hospitality service style.
Currently, many attractive campaigns have been launched from airlines as a selective attention offering to the customers to use their services. All offerings, such as top best airline service, new innovative seats, or alternative food captivate customers’ attraction after the first public appearance. On my training position was assistance to guest service agent. Most of the traveler admired the new airline customer service on ground operation and also the crew on board. After Etihad have launch a new campaigned as Flying Reimagined campaigned to all the channels and create a new modern era of the elegance uniform to making a million of passenger all over the globe feel happy and interested to traveling and trust us to traveling with in the next time. Every part on ground operation, I have been interned at Etihad Airways for 3 months. I have seen all a detail how to manage employees, passenger problem to the best ways and following airline policy. In my opinion, I think if all passengers respected in our airline rules and regulation and follow up in correctly ways. Everything will be safe your time and life to fly in happiness.
